The automatic flood control and drainage irrigation device comprises a foundation layer, a farmland and ridges, a dam is fixed to the foundation layer, a drainage assembly is arranged on the foundation layer and comprises a supporting rod, an arc-shaped drainage plate and a drainage pipe, and a water outlet through hole is formed in the side wall of the dam; a plurality of first water outlet holes and second water outlet holes are formed in the bottom of the arc-shaped drainage plate and the bottom of the drainage pipe in a penetrating mode correspondingly, an arc-shaped groove matched with the arc-shaped drainage plate and the drainage pipe in a clamped mode is formed in the upper end of the supporting rod, and a filtering mechanism used for filtering water flow penetrating into the arc-shaped drainage plate is arranged in the dam. And the filtering mechanism shields the water outlet through hole when irrigation is not needed.
