The invention provides a pipeline connection device and a pipeline connection method. The pipeline connection device and the pipeline connection method are applied to pipeline connection at an inspection well. The pipeline connection device comprises a main connecting pipe, a first connecting part, a second connecting part and a third connecting part, wherein the first connecting part, the secondconnecting part and the third connecting part comprise first ends and second ends correspondingly; the main connecting pipe comprises three ends, at least one of the three ends of the main connectingpipe is an inclined end, and the three ends of the main connecting pipe are used for being connected with the first ends of the first connecting part, the second connecting part and the third connecting part in a matched mode correspondingly; and the second ends of the first connecting part, the second connecting part and the third connecting part are used for being connected with different waterinlets and a water outlet in the inspection well correspondingly, the second end of at least one of the first connecting part, the second connecting part and the third connecting part is used for being connected with the water inlets in the inspection well, and the second end of at least another one is used for connecting the water outlet in the inspection well. According to the scheme, electric energy loss during inspection well construction is favorably reduced, and the construction difficulty and cost are reduced.
