PIPELINE CONNECTION STRUCTURE IN MANHOLE, AND PIPELINE CONNECTION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipeline connection method that may be applied also to pipeline (rehabilitation pipe) that has already been installed, without a large-scale treatment such as open-cut of a pipe opening on the existing pipe, for preventing water leakage from a manhole pipe opening of the rehabilitation pipe over a long period for certain.SOLUTION: Rehabilitation pipes 3 lined inside an existing pipe 2 are connected to each other, through a manhole 1. The rehabilitation pipe 2 has an end cut and removed. A pipe opening member 5 having an end with almost the same outer diameter as the rehabilitation pipe 2 is inserted into the cut and removed part of the rehabilitation pipe 2, and the end of the pipe opening member 5 and the end of the rehabilitation pipe 2 are abutted to each other. A connection part between the abutted end of the rehabilitation pipe 2 and the end of the pipe opening member 5 is sealed by press-fitting an inner surface band 6 from an inner surface side. 【課題】既に施工が完了している管路(更生管)においても、既設管の管口開削などの大掛かりな処理を要することなく適用でき、更生管のマンホール管口部の漏水を、長期にわたり確実に防止できる管路接続方法を提供する。【解決手段】マンホール1を介して、既設管2内にライニングされた更生管3同士を接続する。更生管2はその端部が切除され、更生管2を切除した部分に更生管2とほぼ同じ外径の端部を有する管口部材5を挿入して、管口部材5の端部と更生管2の端部とを突き合わせて配置させる。突き合わされた更生管2の端部と管口部材5の端部との接続部分は、内面バンド6を内面側から圧着させて封止する。管口部材5・5同士は、円筒状の接続部材7を用いて接続する。【選択図】図3
