The invention relates to the field of floor drains, in particular to an anti-overflow odor-resistant environment-friendly floor drain. The floor drain comprises a water seal shell, a rotating frame, aconnecting shaft, a water inlet barrel and a rotating opening and closing assembly, wherein a first water outlet is formed in the side wall of the water seal shell, the water inlet barrel is arrangedin the water seal shell, a spiral guide groove is formed in the inner wall, and the lower half section and the upper half section of the spiral guide groove are opposite in rotating direction; the rotary opening and closing assembly comprises a fixed disc and a rotary disc, wherein the fixed disc is arranged at an opening in the upper end of the inner wall of the water inlet barrel, the rotary disc is rotatably arranged below the fixed disc, and water passing openings are formed in the fixed disc and the rotary disc separately; the upper end of the connecting shaft is connected with the rotary disc; and the rotating frame can slide up and down along the connecting shaft and rotate synchronously with the connecting shaft, the upper end of the rotating frame is inserted into the spiral guide groove through a guide connecting rod, and a floating ball is arranged at the upper end of the outer side of the rotating frame. When water enters, the floating ball rises to drive the rotating frame to move upwards and rotate, so that the water passing openings are opened to the maximum extent, and when water overflows, the floating ball continues rising along with the water level to drive therotating frame to move upwards and rotate reversely, so that the water passing openings are closed.
