The invention relates to a multi-layer odor-resistant anti-return-overflow clean floor drain which comprises a sleeve shell, a pressing cover, a rotating block, arc-shaped blades and a circular ring partition plate, the rotating block is connected to the interior of the sleeve shell, the arc-shaped blades are connected to the rotating block, the pressing cover moves up and down under the influence of external force, and the rotating block is driven to rotate by the up-down movement of the pressing cover; after the rotating block rotates, the arc-shaped blades rotate along with the rotating block, the rotation of the arc-shaped blades enables the cleaning agent to blister, the rotation of the arc-shaped blades enables the annular partition plate to move up and down, and the movement of the annular partition plate enables the blistered cleaning agent to flow out of the annular partition plate along with the cleaning agent to make contact with the inner wall of a sewer, so that the cleaning agent can remain on the inner wall of the sewer for a longer time; and the inner wall of the sewer can be better disinfected and sterilized.
