The invention discloses a reinforced concrete beam connecting joint of a reinforced straight-through type steel pipe concrete column and a construction method. Two holes which are arranged up and downare formed in the steel pipe wall of a beam column joint area, the width of the holes is equal to that of a beam, the height of the holes is one third of the height of the beam, and longitudinal steel bars at the top and the bottom of the beam directly extend into the column to be anchored; a short steel plate is arranged between the two holes and used for transmitting shearing force; and the wall thickness of a steel pipe of the steel pipe concrete column in the beam column joint area is increased to compensate weakening of the holes to the steel pipe. The reinforced concrete beam connectingjoint is safe and reliable in structure, small and attractive in section and convenient to construct.
