The invention discloses a connection node of a reinforced concrete beam and a steel reinforced column, which comprises the steel reinforced column and the reinforced concrete beam, a plurality of rows of longitudinal bars are arranged in the reinforced concrete beam, the connection node of the steel reinforced column and the reinforced concrete beam is further included, and the connection node comprises a plurality of horizontal connecting piece groups which are respectively arranged on flanges on different side surfaces of the steel reinforced column, each horizontal connecting piece group comprises a plurality of horizontal connecting pieces which are arranged up and down at intervals in the vertical direction; the longitudinal bars located in the middle of the reinforced concrete beam are connected with the steel reinforced columns through horizontal connecting pieces respectively, and the longitudinal bars located on the two sides penetrate through the side edges of flanges of the steel reinforced columns or webs of the steel reinforced columns respectively. The anti-seismic performance of a building can be effectively improved, meanwhile, the component size can be reduced, and the building use function is met.
