The invention discloses a post-closed outer wall post-cast strip reinforcement construction method. The method comprises the following steps that a concrete precast block mold is designed according tothe size of a concrete precast block, and the concrete precast block mold is built and installed according to design and construction specification requirements; and transverse steel bars and longitudinal steel bars are laid in the concrete precast block mold, then a plurality of connecting nuts are pre-buried in one end of the concrete precast block mold, reinforcing steel bars are laid on the two sides of the connecting nuts, the reinforcing steel bars and the transverse steel bars are bound and connected, then the connecting nuts and the reinforcing steel bars are welded and fixed, and lifting rings are pre-buried in the two sides of the concrete precast block mold. According to the construction method, the construction cost is reduced, the consumption of turnover materials is reduced,the post-cast strip is safely and reliably closed in advance, the construction progress is accelerated, energy conservation and environmental protection are achieved, meanwhile, the construction process is simple in manufacturing, flexible in operation and high in efficiency, the cost is reduced, the efficiency is improved, and then the technical problem that time and labor are wasted during reinforcement pouring after the post-cast strip is closed in advance is solved.
