The mounting structure comprises a second fixing plate, wherein two second rotating shafts are rotationally connected to the top of the second fixing plate through second bearings, second connecting rods are welded to one ends of the second rotating shafts, a first fixing plate is arranged on one sides of the second connecting rods, and a first hole groove is formed in one side of the interior of the first fixing plate. When the mounting structure is used, the first fixing plate is connected with a keel through a C-shaped steel plate, then the second connecting rods are inserted into the first hole groove to be clamped with second fixing blocks, the second connecting rods are rotatedto drive inserting rods to move, the inserting rods are inserted into a hole plate, a third fixing plate is pushed, second clamping blocks are driven by third connecting rods to penetrate through second hole grooves and are clamped into third clamping grooves, the second fixing plate is connected with the first fixing plate, the mounting structure can be connected with the keel while being connected with an edge closing clamping piece, and the stability of the mounting structure in the using process is enhanced.
