The invention discloses a lifting parking device for a hospital parking lot. The lifting parking device comprises a second parking plate and a fixing frame, wherein first parking plates are fixed at the left end and the right end of the bottom surface in the fixing frame; a fixing rod group is fixedly arranged on the left side surface in the fixing frame; the fixing rod group comprises at least two fixing rods which are horizontally connected with the fixing frame and are positioned on the same horizontal plane; fixing holes in one-to-one correspondence with the fixing frame are formed in theside surface of the second parking plate; the edges of the two sides of the surface of the second parking plate are fixedly connected with an inverted U-shaped connecting frame; a pair of sliding grooves which is parallel to each other in the left-right direction is formed in the inner top surface of the fixing frame; each sliding groove is connected with a sliding block in a sliding mode; the bottoms of the two sliding blocks are fixedly connected with a connecting box; and a lifting mechanism used for lifting the connecting frame is fixedly arranged in the connecting box. According to the lifting parking device, extra parking spaces are provided, and meanwhile, the vehicle damage is effectively prevented.
