The invention provides a phosphogypsum-based aggregate warm mix asphalt mixture. The mixture comprises the following raw materials by weight percentage: 83%-91% of phosphogypsum-based aggregate, 3.0-7.0% of warm mix asphalt, 2.2%-4.7% of an admixture and 2.8%-5.3% of a heat storage agent. And a curing agent is formed by mixing one or more of sodium silicate powder, quicklime powder, calcium nitrate and hydrophilite powder. The warm mix asphalt is prepared by mixing 90-97% of matrix asphalt, 1-3% of a ferrotitanium lignosulfonate complex, 0.5-1.5% of sodium polyacrylate, 0.2-1.0% of diatomite and 1-2% of a silane coupling agent at the temperature of 110-130DEG C. The phosphogypsum-based aggregate warm mix asphalt mixture has the advantages of good performance, wide application range, convenient operation and simple preparation process; the raw materials are mainly wastes, the cost is low, the energy consumption is low, and secondary pollution to the environment is avoided.
