The invention discloses anti-seepage and anti-cracking concrete and a preparation method thereof. The anti-seepage and anti-cracking concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 790-845 parts of ground stone, 110-150 parts of calcined and ground fly ash, 310-330 parts of cement, 29-31 parts of phenolic fiber, 28-31 parts of polyvinylidene chloride fiber, 89-101 parts of water and 5.85-6.05 parts of solid high-efficiency water reducing agent. According to the preparation method, calcined and ground fly ash and ground stone powder are mixed and calcined to form a mixedmaterial integrating ceramic, glass and ground stone, and the mixed material is crushed into sand ground stone mixed materials with different particle sizes to serve as a concrete skeleton so that thecompression resistance of the concrete skeleton is further improved, and the anti-seepage and anti-cracking capability of the concrete is obviously improved.
本发明公开了抗渗防裂混凝土及其制备方法,所述抗渗防裂混凝土由以下重量配比的各种组分配制而成:研磨后石料790~845份、经煅烧研磨后的粉煤灰110~150份、水泥310~330份、酚醛纤维29~31份、聚偏氯乙烯纤维28~31份、水89~101份和固态高效减水剂5.85~6.05份。本发明制备方法中运用经煅烧研磨后的粉煤灰与研磨后石料粉末混合煅烧后,形成集陶瓷、玻璃及研磨后石料于一体的混合材料,粉碎为不同粒径的砂研磨后石料混合材料作为混凝土骨架,进一步提高混凝土骨架的抗压性能,使混泥土的抗渗防裂能力显著提高。
