Anti-seepage and anti-cracking concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of concrete, and particularly discloses anti-seepage and anti-cracking concrete and a preparation method thereof. The anti-seepage and anti-cracking concrete is prepared from the following raw materials: cement, coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, water, volcanic ash, fiber aggregate, maleic anhydride, allyl polyoxyethylene ether, polytetrahydrofuran, ammonium persulfate and polypropylene glycol. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) uniformly mixing maleic anhydride, allyl polyoxyethylene ether, polytetrahydrofuran, ammonium persulfate and polypropylene glycol, and performing constant-temperature treatment to obtain a fiber modifier; 2) cooling the fiber modifier and adding the fiber aggregate for stirring to obtain improved fiber aggregate; and 3) uniformly mixing the volcanic ash, the cement, the water, the coarse aggregate, the fine aggregate and the improved fiber aggregate to obtain the anti-seepage and anti-cracking type concrete.The prepared anti-seepage and anti-cracking type concrete has excellent anti-seepage performance and anti-cracking performance.
