The invention discloses an inhaul cable device for whole-hole span-by-span construction of a reinforced concrete composite beam, and belongs to the technical field of bridge construction. The inhaul cable device comprises a pier, a beam box is erected at the top end of the pier through a bridge girder erection machine, and at least three groups of inhaul cable mechanisms for pulling flanges at thetwo sides of the top end of the beam box are arranged on a cross beam of the bridge girder erection machine; and each inhaul cable mechanism comprises a winding device with a rope and a hook connected with the free end of the rope through a connecting block, and limiting mechanisms for positioning the hooks are arranged at the bottom end of the cross beam of the bridge girder erection machine. According to the inhaul cable device, the telescopic ends of hydraulic air cylinders are rotationally connected with the connecting blocks at the hooks on the inhaul cable mechanisms, so that the hydraulic air cylinders located at the two sides of the hooks can limit the hooks on the ropes during winding and unwinding, it is guaranteed that the hooks cannot swing drastically during vertical positionadjustment, and connection between the hooks and hanging rings is facilitated; and meanwhile, it is guaranteed that the beam box cannot be staggered on the pier in the horizontal direction, and the traction effect of the inhaul cable mechanism is improved.
