The construction method comprises the following steps: (1) mounting an on-site all-round scaffold; (2) a stay cable is installed, and the stay cable is tensioned; (3) curtain wall glass is installed, and the installed curtain wall glass is supported through a temporary jacking device; (4) sealing glue injection is conducted, specifically, after all curtain wall glass is installed, sealing glue injection is conducted, and all the temporary jacking and supporting devices are kept in place; and (5) the temporary jacking device is dismantled, after the sealant is immobilized and reaches the structural strength, the temporary jacking device is dismantled, and installation is completed. According to the construction method of the outwards-inclined large-span inhaul cable curtain wall, the construction process is standard, the construction efficiency is high, and the construction quality is guaranteed.
