The invention discloses a wet and dry dual-purpose tunnel cleaning vehicle. The wet and dry dual-purpose tunnel cleaning vehicle comprises a cab, an operating room, a wet and dry dual-purpose water tank, a base device, a supporting arm and a cleaning device, wherein the operating room is arranged on the back side of the cab; the wet and dry dual-purpose water tank is arranged on the back side of the operating room; the base device is arranged on the back part of the wet and dry dual-purpose water tank; a lug plate at the upper end of the base device is connected with the bottom of the supporting arm through a pin piece; the upper end of the supporting arm is connected with the cleaning device through a rotating shaft; a rain curtain of a water source is used for performing dust reduction treatment on absorbed dust during dry cleaning; meanwhile, the water source can be repeatedly used, so that the water source is saved; and during wet cleaning, water is sprayed to a wall surface, dustis peeled off through a cleaning brush, and then, the water source is sprayed to remove the dust and to keep the wall surface clean. Different cleaning requirements at different demands on a tunnel are met through a dry cleaning device and a wet cleaning device, the operation process of a mechanism is simple; the structure is reliable; the ergonomic operation requirement is met; and convenience isbrought to people.
