A wet and dry dual-purpose deep cleaning sanitation vehicle comprises a vehicle box composed of a machine bin and a filtering bin internally provided with a dust collecting bin, rear wheels are arranged below the bottom of the vehicle box, a rolling brush mechanism and a spraying device are arranged on the rear sides of the rear wheels, the rolling brush mechanism comprises a rolling brush device, and the spraying device corresponds to the rolling brush device; the spraying device comprises a spraying pipe, a water pump and a water tank which are sequentially connected through a water pipe, the water pump and the water tank are arranged in the machine room, and an upper row of nozzles and a lower row of nozzles are arranged on the side, corresponding to the rolling brush device, of the spraying pipe and arranged in a staggered mode. By arranging the spraying device, mist can be sprayed to the rolling brush device, and dust raising is effectively restrained; the spraying pipe corresponding to the rolling brush device is provided with an upper row of nozzles and a lower row of nozzles, and the two rows of nozzles are arranged in a staggered manner, so that the integrity of water curtain coverage is improved, and the effect of suppressing dust raising is improved; and through the blowing box, blowing airflow can be concentrated, and the effect of blowing dust on concave and uneven positions of the ground is remarkable.
