System and method for laying raw water pipeline crossing river surges in hilly areas
The invention provides a system and method for laying a raw water pipeline crossing river surges in hilly areas. The method for laying the raw water pipeline crossing the river surges in the hilly areas comprises the steps of constructing a water passing weir in a direction perpendicular to the river surges, reserving a plurality of overflowing holes in the bottom of the water passing weir duringthe construction of the water passing weir, and laying a raw water pipe in the water passing weir above the overflowing holes, wherein the raw water pipe communicates with two banks of the river surgeafter passing through the overflow weir to be laid. According to the laying mode of the system and method for laying the raw water pipeline crossing the river surges in the hilly areas, the raw waterpipeline can smoothly and straightly pass through the river surge from the upper portion of the riverbed surface instead of conventionally passing through the river surge from the riverbed bottom ina U shape or passing through the river surge from a position above the highest water level of the river surge in an inverted-U shape, and therefore, the water head loss of the pipeline can be effectively reduced; and moreover, a sludge discharge and blow-down pipe is arranged at the relatively low point of the whole pipeline of the water passing weir, and sludge water in the raw water pipeline candirectly flow into the river surge after a valve is opened, and therefore, a discharge pipeline is enabled to wash waste water conveniently and is blown down conveniently, and the pipeline maintenance and operation are facilitated.
本发明提供一种过丘陵地区河涌的原水管道敷设系统及敷设方法,所述敷设方法为在垂直河涌方向上施工一过水堰,并且在施工所述过水堰时在其底部预留多个过流洞,将所述原水管敷设在所述过流洞上方的过水堰内,则所述原水管穿越所述过水堰敷设后连通河涌两岸。本发明的敷设方式中原水管道可以从河床面上方较顺直地穿越河涌,而不再是采用常规的从河床底U字形穿越或者从河涌最高水位以上倒U字形穿越,可有效减小管道的水头损失;并且在过水堰处于整条管道的相对低点设置排泥及放空管,打开阀门后原水管内的泥水可直接自流进河涌,便于排放管道冲洗废水和放空管道,有利于管道维护与运营。
