Anti-floating structure for building basement foundation and anti-floating method thereof
The invention provides an anti-floating structure for a building basement foundation and an anti-floating method thereof. The anti-floating structure comprises a base building block, a water collecting pit building block, a connecting building block, a cover plate building block, a water guide building block and horizontal transverse water collecting building blocks, wherein the base building block is connected with the water collecting pit building block through mortise and tenon joints; the base building block and the water collecting pit building block are connected into a water collectingpit groove; the connecting building block is arranged above the water collecting pit building block; the connecting building block and the cover plate building block are spliced into a horizontal connector; a plurality of horizontal transverse water collecting building blocks are arranged at one side of the horizontal connector; the horizontal transverse water collecting building blocks are mutually connected into a water inlet pipe through mortise and tenon joints; the water guide building block is connected above the middle part of the cover plate building block; a water guide hole is formedinside the water guide building block, so that the deformation of a raft plate under the water buoyancy effect and the deformation differences of different positions of the foundation under a wall post are reduced; therefore the upper structure deformation and the additional stress due to the water buoyancy are reduced or eliminated; and the goal of protecting the upper structure from being damaged by the water buoyancy, particularly the damage to the wall post is achieved.
本发明提供了一种用于建筑地下室基础的抗浮结构及其方法,包括底座砌块、集水坑砌块、连接砌块、盖板砌块、导水砌块和水平横向集水砌块,所述底座砌块通过榫卯连接集水坑砌块,底座砌块和集水坑砌块连接成集水坑槽,在集水坑砌块上方设有连接砌块,所述连接砌块和盖板砌块拼接成水平接口,在水平接口一侧设有若干个水平横向集水砌块,所述水平横向集水砌块相互榫卯连接成进水管,在盖板砌块中部上方连接导水砌块,导水砌块内部设有导水孔,从而减小筏板在水浮力作用下的变形及墙柱下基础不同部位的变形差,由此减小或消除由于水浮力引起的上部结构变形和附加应力,达到保护上部结构不会因水浮力造成破坏,尤其是墙柱的破坏。
