Anti-floating method for basement structure
The invention discloses an anti-floating method for a basement structure, which comprises the following steps of: burying a water guide pipe in a post-cast strip of a bottom plate and connecting the water guide pipe into a nearby water collecting well, arranging an automatic water suction pump with a water level control function in the water collecting well, extending a water pipe connected with the water suction pump out of a reserved hole in a top plate of a basement, and pumping water to a drainage ditch on the ground; a dewatering well is arranged in the settlement post-cast strip, and water pumped by a water pump flows into a water collecting well through a water guide pipe; when the arranged precipitation well is far away from the water collecting well, accumulated water in the precipitation well is pumped into the nearby post-cast strip, and underground water pumped into the post-cast strip enters the water collecting well through the water guide pipe through the post-cast strip which is communicated with the precipitation well; and after the covering soil of the basement top plate can meet the designed anti-floating requirement, the dewatering well is sealed gradually and successively, and the damage to the basement bottom plate caused by water pressure concentration within a short time of concentrated well sealing is reduced. According to the method, the floating pressure of the basement is effectively reduced, the number of invested equipment and facilities is small, construction operation is convenient, and the manufacturing cost of a main body structure is almost not affected.
本发明公开了一种用于地下室结构的抗浮方法,本方法在底板后浇带中埋设导水管接至就近集水井内,集水井内设置具有水位控制的自动抽水泵,抽水泵连接的水管从地下室顶板预留洞伸出,将水抽至地面排水沟;在沉降后浇带内设置降水井,通过水泵抽水经导水管流入集水井;设置的降水井距离集水井较远时,将降水井内积水抽入就近后浇带内,通过相连贯通的后浇带,抽入后浇带的地下水通过导水管进入集水井;待地下室顶板覆土能满足设计抗浮要求后,逐渐陆续对降水井进行封井,减少集中封井短时间内水压集中对地下室底板的破坏。本方法有效降低地下室的上浮压力,且投入的设备设施少,施工作业方便,对主体结构造价几乎无影响。
