The invention relates to an offshore wind power separated-bin polygonal cylinder type foundation. The foundation comprises a transition section, a polygonal bottom plate, a bottom plate beam system and a polygonal cylinder; and a polygonal inner bin plate and a polygonal outer cylinder wall are different by a certain angle in corresponding directions instead of being simply parallel to each other.The problem that a connecting joint of a cylinder wall and an outer bin plate of an original polygonal cylinder foundation is prone to damage due to large stress is solved; the outer bin plate can reach the minimum length, steel consumption is reduced, the rigidity of the outer bin plate is improved; and the problem that the outer bin plate is prone to buckling during inflation sinking is solved.A steel jig frame changes the structural stress form, the situation that an inner bin separating plate and an outer bin separating plate do not make contact with the ground when a cylinder body is constructed on the ground is guaranteed, vertical load of an upper structure is jointly borne by the outer cylinder wall and the steel jig frame, and buckling caused by excessive stress in the process of construction, transportation and sinking installation of the inner bin separating plate and the outer bin separating plate is prevented. The steel jig frame and the outer cylinder wall jointly bearthe upper load, the problem that in original polygonal suction cylinder construction, a bottom plate is too large in span and cannot be machined is solved, and the buckling resistance of the polygonalsteel cylinder is improved.
本发明涉及一种海上风电分仓多边形筒型基础,该筒型基础,包括过渡段、多边形底板、底板梁系和多边形筒,多边形内仓板与多边形外筒壁对应方向相差一定角度而非简单的平行,解决了原有多边形筒型基础的筒壁与外仓板连接节点受力大易产生破坏问题,使外仓板达到最小长度,减小钢材用量,增大外仓板的刚度,解决外仓板充气下沉时易屈曲问题。钢胎架改变了结构受力形式,保证筒体坐地施工时内外分仓板不接触地面,上部结构的竖向荷载由外筒壁和钢胎架共同承担,防止内外分仓板在建造、运输、下沉安装过程中受力过大产生屈曲。钢胎架和外筒壁共同承担上部荷载,解决原有多边形吸力筒施工中底板跨度过大无法加工的问题,增加多边形钢筒的抗屈曲性能。
