The invention discloses a basement anti-floating system. The basement anti-floating system is characterized by comprising an overflow unit, wherein the overflow unit comprises an overflow pipe, a water collecting well and a water filtering device; the upper end of the overflow pipe is an overflow port, and the lower end of the overflow pipe is a water inlet; the overflow pipe vertically penetratesthrough the water collecting well, and the overflow pipe penetrates through a bottom plate of a basement and is led out of the basement; the water collecting well comprises a shell, and the shell isarranged around the overflow pipe and surrounds a containing space; a water collecting notch is formed in the upper end of the water collecting well so that water flowing out of the overflow port canflow into the containing space; and the water inlet communicates with the water filtering device. According to the basement anti-floating system, the overflow unit is arranged, so that the anti-floating effect of changing blocking of the basement into dredging is achieved, and the impact of rapid rising of the underground water level caused by rainstorm on the basement structure can be handled.
本发明公开了一种地下室抗浮系统,其特征在于,包括一溢水单元;所述溢水单元包括溢水管、集水井和滤水装置;所述溢水管的上端为溢水口,所述溢水管的下端为进水口;所述溢水管竖直穿过所述集水井,所述溢水管穿过地下室的底板引出至所述地下室的外部;所述集水井包括一壳体,所述壳体围绕所述溢水管设置并包围一容纳空间;所述集水井的上端设有一集水缺口,以供所述溢水口流出的水汇入所述容纳空间;所述进水口与所述滤水装置连通。本发明通过设置溢水单元,实现地下室化堵为疏的抗浮效果,能够应对暴雨造成的地下水位快速上涨对地下室结构造成的冲击。
