When a transmission rod moves to the highest point, the motor is turned off, and the first hydraulic rod is turned on; a discharge plate is pushed downwards through the elastic force of a spring, so that soil falls onto the discharge plate and then is discharged from a material outlet groove through a discharge groove, the collection work of the soil can be implemented, and the problem that the soil is stacked everywhere during excavation to make the whole construction site messy so as to increase the difficulty of later cleaning work is prevented.
