The three-dimensional parking device comprises at least one group of parking frames, wherein each group of parking frames are arranged side by side; N upper-layer parking spaces are arranged at the upper part of each group of parking frames side by side; N is greater than or equal to 2; each upper-layer parking space is provided with a lifting bracket; a corresponding lower-layer parking space is arranged below each upper-layer parking space; each lifting bracket can descend into the corresponding lower-layer parking space below; and N-1 transverse moving brackets are arranged in the lower-layer parking spaces in total. According to the three-dimensional parking device, 1-2 managers are arranged in a vehicle delivery area to guide a driver to park a vehicle, and the managers do not need to patrol, so that the labor cost of a parking lot operation unit and the labor intensity of the managers are greatly reduced, the storage of each vehicle can be completed under the guidance of the managers, and the occurrence frequency of the vehicle damage phenomenon is reduced.
