The invention discloses a vehicle parking and picking-up path running method of a stereo parking garage, which comprises the following steps of: constructing the stereo parking garage with a plurality of floors, and arranging a lifting system, a vehicle carrying device storage room and a vehicle carrying device in the stereo parking garage; a temporary transverse channel is arranged between every two adjacent rows of parking spaces on each floor, and each temporary transverse channel is communicated with an elevator. In the parking process, the vehicle carrying device carries the vehicle to the corresponding floor through the lifter, and the vehicle is preferentially parked in parking spaces on the two sides of the temporary transverse channel; after the two sides of the vehicle are fully parked, the loaded vehicle is parked on the temporary transverse channel; and in the vehicle taking process, when a vehicle is parked on the temporary transverse channel, the moving path of the taken vehicle is planned based on the principle of the Huaheng road so that the taken vehicle can be moved to the elevator and carried to the vehicle taking position. The three-dimensional parking garage has the advantages that the operation efficiency of the three-dimensional parking garage is effectively improved and the number of parking spaces is increased by arranging the temporary transverse channels and the vehicle carrying device storage rooms.
