An ARM embedded processor, an RFID reader and a power supply module are arranged in the file cabinet, an audible and visual alarm and the indicator lamp are arranged outside the file cabinet to intelligently manage the financial files, and the file cabinet has the advantages that the filesare monitored in real time, file access is automatic and intelligent, and file calling and borrowing are rapid and accurate. The invention is suitable for being applied to the financial intelligent file cabinet and the application method.
