High-strength light brick and processing method thereof
The invention relates to light brick processing, in particular to a high-strength light brick and a processing method thereof. The processing method comprises the steps that 1, a filling plate is arranged on a buckling mold in a sleeving mode, a forming mold passes through a lifting mechanism, and the buckling mold is buckled on the forming mold through the lifting mechanism; 2, the forming mold provided with the buckling mold in a buckling mode passes through an injection molding mechanism, and the injection molding mechanism injects light brick raw materials into the forming mold; and 3, thebuckling mold is separated from the forming mold, and the filling plate is left in the light brick raw materials. The filling plate can be made of different materials such as iron materials for increasing hardness according to different use requirements, when the filling plate is made of flexible materials and a light brick is impacted, the filling plate plays a certain role in buffering, when the filling plate is made of rigid materials and the light brick is impacted, the filling plate plays a certain role in supporting, and due to the connection of the filling plates, the light brick is not smashed during crushing, and the toughness of the light brick is improved.
