The invention discloses a processing technology of concrete doped with waste concrete blocks. The method comprises the following steps: S1, pretreating waste concrete, namely coarsely screening the waste concrete, removing plastic and wood impurities in the waste concrete, and putting the waste concrete into a crusher to obtain a plurality of small crushed concrete blocks. According to the invention, acid leaching is carried out before the surface of aggregate is removed, and under the combined action of a sulfate solution, carbonate ions and SiO3 ions, the strength of a cement-based materialis greatly reduced or even completely lost, so that concrete blocks rub against one another during rotating in eccentric rotating equipment, and the cement on the surface of the concrete block is easyto fall; by adding mineral powder and fly ash, shrinkage of the cement is inhibited; and by doping the fly ash, workability of the fresh concrete can be improved, bleeding of the fresh concrete is inhibited, later strength of the concrete can be improved, hydration heat of the concrete is reduced, and durability of the concrete is improved.
本发明公开了一种掺杂废弃混凝土块的混凝土加工工艺,包括以下的工艺步骤:S1:废弃混凝土预处理,将废弃的混凝土先进行粗筛选,将废弃混凝土中塑料以及木质的杂质进行去除,将废弃的混凝土放入破碎机中,得到多块碎小混凝土块。本发明在进行去除骨料表面之前进行酸浸,在硫酸盐溶液、碳酸根离子、SiO3离子共同作用下,导致水泥基材料强度大幅度降低甚至完全丧失强度,因此在偏心旋转设备中进行旋转时,混凝土块之间相互摩擦,使得混凝土块表面的水泥更加容易脱落,通过添加矿粉以及粉煤灰,抑制水泥的收缩,掺入粉煤灰可改善新拌混凝土的和易性,抑制新拌混凝土的泌水,可以提高混凝土的后期强度,降低混凝土的水化热,改善混凝土的耐久性。
