The invention discloses a mixing preparation process of concrete doped with waste concrete blocks, which comprises the following steps: collecting the waste concrete blocks needing to be doped, intensively crushing, cleaning and grading, further grinding the concrete blocks, adding water, storing in a slurry tank, and adding the waste concrete blocks into the slurry tank; adding the residual concrete blocks and the aluminum powder into a slurry tank, stirring and mixing to obtain pretreated waste concrete aggregate, modifying the waste concrete aggregate, preparing a repairing agent, mixing and stirring the modified and pretreated waste concrete aggregate and the repairing agent, and adding mineral powder, cement and fly ash during mixing, so as to obtain the repairing agent. Adding alkaline phenolic resin into the dried concrete material, and stirring and mixing, so as to obtain the waste concrete blended recycled concrete. The waste concrete aggregate is modified and then is matched with the alkaline phenolic resin to reinforce the chemical properties of the concrete, so that the use quality of the recycled concrete is improved.
