The invention relates to the technical field of spraying materials, in particular to a novel roadway plastic spraying material. The material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 65-75 parts of plastic concrete, 8-16 parts of steel fibers, 9-21 parts of natural asphalt, 13-18 parts of polypropylene fibers, 6-13 parts of straw fibers, 8-19 parts of an inorganic filler, 0.8-2.5 parts of an accelerator, 2-3.1 parts of a flame retardant, 1.3-2.7 parts of a water reducing agent and 0.2-0.9 part of a reducing agent. The molding spraying material provided by the invention hasthe characteristics of high flame retardance, large foaming multiple, good toughness, no deliquescence, no cracking or falling off after being deformed by mine pressure, and high air tightness, and issimple to construct and high in efficiency in the application process; and compared with original cement mortar spraying, the working efficiency can be greatly improved, the comprehensive cost is reduced, dust hazards are reduced, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, and the health of constructors is protected. Moreover, the novel plastic spraying material does not need to be repaired and re-sprayed in a service period, and is good in blocking and protecting quality, so that the safety and reliability of a roadway system are guaranteed.
