The invention discloses a thin spraying material for roadway support sealing and a use method thereof. The thin spraying material comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the component A is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 90 to 98 percent of polymer emulsion and 2 to 10 percent of plasticizer; the component B comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 5%-40% of quartz sand, 5%-40% of quartz powder, 10%-30% of gypsum, 20%-40% of white cement, 3%-5% of pigment, 0.2%-0.6% of a retarder, 0.2%-0.6% of a thickener and 4%-6% of an antirust agent. The thin spraying material is non-toxic, good in flexibility, weather resistance and rust resistance and small in shrinkage, a formed coating has good crack resistance and deformation resistance, has certain strength, can assist in reinforcement, is high in adhesive force with the surface of a coal rock mass, can form a layer of high-gloss flexible color film after thin spraying forming, and is good in impression, high in standardization degree and suitable for large-scale production. The labor and material cost for brushing the brightening paint is saved, and the standard operation procedures of the mine are remarkably reduced.
本发明公开一种用于巷道支护封闭的薄喷材料及其使用方法,包括A组分与B组分;其中,以质量百分比计,所述A组分包括90%~98%高分子乳液以及2%~10%增塑剂;B组分包括5%~40%石英砂,5%~40%石英粉,10%~30%石膏,20%~40%白色水泥,3%~5%颜料,0.2%~0.6%缓凝剂,0.2%~0.6%增稠剂以及4%~6%防锈剂。该薄喷材料无毒,柔韧性、耐候性、阻锈性好,收缩较小,形成的涂层具有良好的抗裂和抗变形性能,具备一定的强度,可辅助加固,与煤岩体表面粘附力强,薄喷成型后,可形成一层高光柔性彩色膜,观感好,标准化程度高,省去涂刷亮化漆的人力和材料成本,显著减少矿井标准化作业工序。
