The invention relates to a quantitative design method for mix proportion of machine-made sand self-compacting concrete based on aggregate grain shape. The quantitative design method comprises the following steps: 1) determining the performance of proportioned raw materials; 2) obtaining the sphere similarity of machine-made sand and coarse aggregate, and calculating a grain shape function; 3) determining the volume fraction relationship among the components in the concrete per unit volume according to the grain shape function of the machine-made sand and the coarse aggregate; 4) calculating awater-binder ratio according to the design strength; 5) determining the water consumption of stone powder; 6) determining the mass of each component according to the relationship among the componentsin the concrete per unit volume; 7) adjusting the dosage of an admixture according to the workability requirement; and 8) adjusting the mixing amount of fly ash according to the strength, and repeating the processes 5)-8) until the strength requirement is met. Compared with the prior art, the method of the invention has the advantages of being simple, clear, time-saving, labor-saving, good in slump, expansibility and cohesiveness and the like.
