The invention relates to a machine-made sand self-compacting concrete, which is composed of cement, mineral powder, fly ash, machine-made sand, broken stone, an additive and water, and the concrete comprises the following components per cubic meter: 435kg/m3 of cement, 87kg/m3 of mineral powder, 58kg/m3 of fly ash, 817kg/m3 of machine-made sand, 837kg/m3 of broken stone, 6.38 kg/m3 of additive and 157kg/m3 of water. According to the invention, 5-20 continuously-graded secondarily-polished broken stones are adopted, so that the flowability and compactness of the concrete are improved; cement is replaced by a large-dosage mineral admixture, so that hydration shrinkage of the cement is reduced; and the polycarboxylic acid type additive is adopted, polycarboxylic acid contains an air entraining component, the flowing self-compacting performance of the concrete can be improved, the time expansion degree loss of the polycarboxylic acid type additive is kept unchanged within 3 hours, river sand is replaced by machine-made sand, and the environmental protection property is improved.
本发明涉及一种机制砂自密实混凝土,所述自密实混凝土由水泥、矿粉、粉煤灰、机制砂、碎石、添加剂和水组成,按照单方用量计,该混凝土各成分的用量如下:水泥435kg/m3,矿粉87kg/m3,粉煤灰58kg/m3,机制砂817kg/m3,碎石837kg/m3,添加剂6.38kg/m3,水157kg/m3。本发明采用5‑20的连续级配二次打磨过的碎石,增加混凝土的流动性、致密性;大掺量矿物掺合料取代水泥,减少水泥水化收缩;采用聚羧酸型添加剂,聚羧酸含有引气成分,可以改善混凝土的流动自密实性能,聚羧酸型外架剂经时扩展度损失保持在3小时不变,采用机制砂替代河砂,提升环保性。
