High-strength and high-impermeability multilayer graphene oxide concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete, in particular to high-strength and high-impermeability multilayer graphene oxide concrete and a preparation method thereof. The large-sheet-diameter and multi-layer graphene oxide is adopted, so that the large-sheet-diameter and multi-layer graphene oxide plays a bridging role in the concrete, internal pores can be filled, microcracks can be connected, formation of cement hydration crystals is accelerated, and the microstructure in the concrete is improved. Tests prove that the mechanical property and the impermeability of the multilayer graphene oxide concrete are greatly improved, compared with common concrete, the compressive strength and the breaking strength of the multilayer graphene oxide concrete are improved by 17% and 32%respectively in 28 days, the impermeability is improved by 44.8%, the performance is remarkably improved, and the limitation of traditional concrete is improved. The multilayer graphene oxide used inthe invention is multilayer and large in sheet diameter, so that the preparation is simpler and more economical than other nano materials, the economic practicability is greatly improved, and the costis reduced.
本发明涉及混凝土技术领域,尤其涉及一种高强高抗渗多层氧化石墨烯混凝土及其制备方法。本发明采用大片径和多层的氧化石墨烯,使得其在混凝土内部中起到桥接作用,能够填补内部孔隙、连接微裂缝,并加速水泥水化晶体的形成,改善了混凝土内部的微观结构。本发明的多层氧化石墨烯混凝土经试验测试,其力学性能和抗渗性能有较大提高,28天与普通混凝土相比,抗压和抗折强度分别提高了17%和32%,抗渗性能提高了44.8%,显著的提高了性能,改善了传统混凝土的局限性。而且本发明所用的多层氧化石墨烯为多层、大片径的,制作相对其他纳米材料更加简单经济,大大提升了其经济实用性,降低了成本。
