High-impermeability concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of building materials, and particularly discloses high-impermeability concrete and a preparation method thereof. The high-impermeability concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 200 to 400 parts of cement, 80 to 200 parts of water, 70 to 90 parts of fly ash, 850 to 920 parts of gravel, 0.3 to 5 parts of silane coupling agent, 30 to 60 parts of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and 4 to 12 parts of nano aluminum oxide. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, carrying out melt blending on the silane coupling agent, the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and the nano aluminum oxide according to the formula ratio to obtain a blend; s2, uniformly mixing the blend with the cement, the water, the fly ash and the gravels according to the formula ratio to obtain the anti-permeability concrete. According to the high-impermeability concrete disclosed by the invention, the impermeability of the concrete is improved while the strength of the concrete is ensured.
