Premixed dry powder pouring concrete
The invention relates to the technical field of premixed concrete, in particular to premixed dry powder pouring concrete which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-40 parts of drysand, 20-40 parts of broken stone; 10-30 parts of cement; 2-8 parts of mineral powder; 2-8 parts of fly ash; 0.5-1.5 parts of a water reducing agent; and 1-2 parts of an expanding agent. The concreteprepared in the scheme conforms to the GB50010-2010 concrete structure design specification and meets the strength grades of C20, C25 and C30; through adoption of the dry sand and the broken stone with the moisture content smaller than 0.5%, dry sand and broken stone are subjected to winnowing, drying and screening, and are stored through a dry powder mortar tank through dry-process storage, so that the shelf life is not shorter than three months, and the concrete is prepared when used and mixed at any time. During pouring, the small delivery pump is placed at the discharge port of the mortartank and pumped into a mold through a hose, time and labor are saved during pouring, construction efficiency is greatly improved, and labor cost is saved.
