The concrete pump, the hopper and the folding type guide pipe are installed on the moving trolley, the hopper, the concrete pump and the folding type guide pipe are sequentially connected, and the concrete pump is used for pumping concrete in the hopper into the folding type guide pipe; the folding type guide pipe is arranged on the moving trolley in a foldable and retractable mode. The guide pipe retracting and releasing mechanism is mounted on the moving trolley, is in transmission connection with the folding type guide pipe and is used for driving the folding type guide pipe to unfold and release or fold and retract; the guide pipe lifting mechanism is movably connected to the moving trolley, is in transmission connection with the folding type guide pipe and is used for driving the folding type guide pipe to ascend and descend.
