Novel high-durability traditional composite cementing material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a novel high-durability traditional composite cementing material, and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: I, weighing lime powder and metakaolin according to a ratio of 1: 1, and weighing cellulose fibers according to a ratio of cellulose fibers to ash of 1: 50; boiling glutinous rice slurry according to the requirement of concentration of 5%, slowly boiling the glutinous rice slurry with slow fire for not less than 4 hours, and stirring while boiling in the boiling process to ensure that glutinous rice mortar cannot be burnt until no lumps or other impurities exist; 2, cooling a cooked glutinous rice pulp to room temperature, then putting cellulose fibers into the glutinous rice pulp, and performing uniform stirring;and 3, pouring weighed lime and metakaolin into a container, firstly performing dry stirring uniformly, then pouring the glutinous rice slurry in the step 2, and performing stirring for at least 5 minutes until the mortar state is uniform. The novel high-durability traditional composite cementing material has the characteristics of high freeze-thaw resistance, high sodium salt corrosion resistanceand relatively high compression resistance.
