The invention discloses a preparation method of a carbon fiber reinforced composite material, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a composite structure carbon fiberneedled felt formed by laminating and adding a riveting structure layer, a transition layer and a friction function layer, depositing pyrolytic carbon on the obtained composite structure carbon fiberneedled felt through a chemical vapor impregnation technology, processing to obtain a composite material green body, carrying out multiple precursor impregnation and cracking technologies, and finally obtaining a needed material. The composite material prepared by the preparation method takes carbon fibers as a reinforcing body, so the high-temperature stability and wear resistance of the material are greatly improved, the material is not prone to cracking and debonding at high temperature and high energy loading, silicon nitride obtained through cracking in the preparation process can be used as a friction performance adjusting agent, and the friction performance of the material is further improved.
本发明公开了一种碳纤维增强复合材料的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:制备由铆接结构层、过渡层及摩擦功能层叠加成的复合结构碳纤维针刺毡,采用化学气相浸渍工艺对所得复合结构碳纤维针刺毡沉积热解碳并加工成复合材料坯体,对所得复合材料坯体进行多次先驱体浸渍裂解工艺,最终得到所需材料,本发明制得的复合材料以碳纤维作增强体,极大的改善了材料的高温稳定性及耐磨损性能,使材料在高温及高载能下不易龟裂、脱粘,在制备过程中裂解得到的氮化硅可作摩擦性能调剂,进一步改善材料的摩擦性能。
