The two-way three-lane traffic device comprises an underground box body, wherein deceleration block cavities with upward openings are symmetrically formed in left and right sides of the underground box body, amplification cavities are formed in the lower sides of the deceleration block cavities, connecting rod through cavities communicate between the deceleration block cavities and the amplification cavities, a box body fixing rod is fixedlyconnected to the upper end surface of the underground box body, and a working box body is fixedly connected to the box body fixing rod. The position height of a deceleration block rolled by wheels isamplified through a stroke amplifying mechanism by virtue of a lever, the lifting and overturning of an indication board are controlled in the condition that the influence on running wheels is minimum, and the traffic flow of a left lane and a middle lane is monitored in real time, so that the indication board is lifted and overturned, the purpose of reminding a vehicle in the middle lane of the change of the middle lane is achieved, and additionally, the middle lane is reasonably used according to the change of the traffic flow.
