The invention discloses a mountainous area steel-concrete composite beam whole-span in-situ assembling and erecting method. The method comprises the steps that temporary steel pipe piers and a baileypiece platform are used as a first assembling platform, a liftable pedestal is placed, then a tower crane is used for hoisting steel main beam components on the platform to assemble a first span steelmain beam, after the first span steel main beam is assembled, the lifting pedestal and a beam transporting vehicle are arranged on a first-span steel-concrete composite beam to serve as assembling platforms of other-span steel main beams, after the other-span steel main beams are assembled, the foldable lifting pedestal outside the beam transporting vehicle is put down, the other-span steel mainbeams are transported to corresponding positions for installation, and so on until a last-span steel-concrete composite beam of one joint is installed, and then the whole wet joint is poured in a unified mode.
