Mountainous area steel truss girder large-span side-span cantilever assembling method
The invention provides a large-span side-span cantilever splicing method for a steel truss girder in a mountainous area. The method comprises the following steps: splicing a plurality of sections of secondary girders on a plurality of corresponding auxiliary piers section by section; the rear end of the main beam and the front end of the adjacent secondary beam are spliced together on the auxiliary pier close to the main pier in a cantilever splicing mode; a sling tower is vertically installed at the top of the main beam, and the sling tower corresponds to the auxiliary pier connected with the rear end of the main beam; the front side and the rear side of the sling tower are each provided with an inhaul cable. The two inhaul cables are pre-tensioned; subsequent sections of the main beam are installed, and the front end of the main beam is connected to the main tower; and after the side span steel truss girders are completely installed, the two inhaul cables and the sling tower are dismantled. The method has the beneficial effects that when the large-span side-span cantilever is installed, safety and reliability are achieved, operation is easy and convenient, economical efficiency is high, large popularization value is achieved, and a reference function is provided for assembling of the large-span side-span steel truss girder in the mountainous area.
