The method comprisesthe following steps that firstly, the water level around a drainage ditch is reduced to be below the elevation of the bottom of the drainage ditch by adopting replacement filling and precipitation operations, then a bottom plate of the drainage ditch is constructed, slope plates on two sides of the drainage ditch are poured from bottom to top, and the slope plates are poured on the lower sectionsby adopting a construction method of erecting steel formworks; flow guide pipes are pre-buried in roots of the slope plates, longitudinal blind ditches are constructed behind the flow guide pipes, thelongitudinal blind ditches are filled with gravel, and geotechnical cloth wraps each longitudinal blind ditch; after pouring is completed, the steel formworks are dismantled at intervals, lagoon sandis backfilled at the same time, and thus water behind the slope plates is drained into the drainage ditch through the flow guide pipes; and the lagoon sand continues to be backfilled, the slope surface is trimmed, and the remaining slope plates are constructed. According to the box culvert drainage ditch pouring method, the construction of the drainage ditch with high water level and sandy soil can be realized, the safe, efficient, economic and environment-friendly effects can be achieved, and the water level around the drainage ditch is high, the construction difficulty is high and the slopeplates cannot form a working surface can be solved.
本发明涉及市政建设技术领域,尤其是一种位于高水位且砂性土质环境的箱涵排水沟浇筑方法。本发明首先采用换填和降水作业将排水沟四周的水位降到排水沟沟底高程下,然后施工排水沟底板,并在排水沟两侧采用由下至上浇筑斜坡板,下段采用支设钢模板的施工方法浇筑斜坡板;并在斜坡板根部预埋导流管,导流管后面施工纵向盲沟,用碎石填充,外包土工布;浇筑完毕并间隔拆除钢模板,同时回填泻湖沙,这样斜坡板后面的水通过导流管排出到排水沟内;继续回填泻湖沙,修整斜坡面,施工剩下的斜坡板。本发明能够实现高水位且砂性土质的排水沟施工,安全、高效、经济、环保,解决了排水沟四周水位高、施工难度大、斜坡板无法形成工作面的问题。
