Fabricated drainage ditch elbow and pouring mold
The invention discloses an assembly type drainage ditch elbow and a pouring mold. The pouring mold comprises a left end fixed mold, a right end fixed mold and a middle variable mold. The left-end fixed mold and the right-end fixed mold are symmetrically arranged and are each of a rectangular structure which is defined by a fixed mold inner arc side surrounding plate, a fixed mold outer arc side surrounding plate, a fixed mold bottom plate and a fixed mold end surrounding plate, the top and one side face of each rectangular structure are open, and the fixed mold bottom plates arch upwards to form the arc-shaped bottoms of the fixed molds; the middle variable mold comprises a variable mold outer arc side coaming and a variable mold bottom plate, and the variable mold outer arc side coaming is an arc coaming which is formed by movably connecting a plurality of same vertical plates side by side end to end and replaces a curved shape with a straight shape. According to the turning angle of the drainage ditch, the left end fixed mold, the right end fixed mold and the middle variable mold corresponding to the turning angle are assembled into the mold, the drainage ditch elbow is formed in a mold pouring mode, the quality of the elbow is higher than that of an existing elbow formed through two times of pouring by temporarily erecting a template, the construction technology is simplified, and the angle requirements of various drainage ditch turning sections are met.
