The invention discloses an energy-saving barrier gate for a pneumatic toll station. The energy-saving barrier gate comprises an installation groove in a road surface; a buffer air bag is installed onthe bottom in the installation groove; a bearing plate matched with the installation groove is fixedly connected with the upper end of the buffer air bag; two frame bodies are symmetrically installedon the ground on the two sides of the front end of the bearing plate; the upper ends of the frame bodies are fixedly connected with two rotating bases, respectively; the rotating bases are rotationally connected with two brake bars, respectively; two sliding grooves are formed in the upper surfaces of the two frame bodies, respectively; the interiors of the sliding grooves are slidably connected with two sliding bases, respectively; and the upper ends of the two sliding bases are rotationally connected with two connecting rods, respectively. Transmission is conducted by using the pressure of apayment vehicle on the bearing plate and the buffer air bag, the two brake bars can be automatically lifted and lowered without electric drive or manual control; the energy-saving barrier gate is more energy-saving and environmentally friendly; the transmission way is more concealed; it can be ensured that the device is not affected by rain, snow and other severe weather; and the energy-saving barrier gate is more convenient to use.
