The invention discloses an excavator hydraulic movable arm with an external cooling function. The excavator hydraulic movable arm comprises a movable arm body and a movable arm oil cylinder; the movable arm oil cylinder is arranged on the movable arm body, one end of the movable arm oil cylinder is rotationally connected with the movable arm body, and the other end of the movable arm oil cylinderis rotationally connected with a base; a fence type protection structure is arranged on the outer side of the fixed end of the movable arm oil cylinder; a telescopic protection structure is arranged at the piston end of the movable arm oil cylinder; and a water cooling structure is arranged in the fence type protection structure. According to the excavator hydraulic movable arm with an external cooling function, the fence type protection structure is arranged on the outer side of the fixed end of the movable arm oil cylinder, and the telescopic protection structure is arranged on the outer side of the piston rod of the movable arm oil cylinder, so that the influence of the external environment on the piston rod is reduced; and the water cooling structure is arranged in the fence type protection structure, the fixed end of the movable arm oil cylinder is cooled in a water cooling mode through the water cooling structure, therefore part of heat generated in the working process of the oilcylinder is guided out, the temperature of the oil cylinder is reduced, the structure is simple, and reliability is high.
