The first high-strength layer is located on the outer surface of the sound insulation layer, the sound insulation layer is located on the outer surface of the heat preservation layer, the heat preservation layer is located on the outer surface of the second high-strength layer, the coating layer comprises an ultraviolet-proof coating and a corrosion-resistant coating, and the ultraviolet-proof coating is arranged on the outer surface of the corrosion-resistant coating in a coating manner; and the ultraviolet-proof coating is efficient elastic acrylic waterproof paint.
