The invention provides a retractable fixed pneumatic curtain wall which comprises a keel frame used for being fixed to a wall. The plurality of connecting frames are uniformly distributed on one side, far away from the wall body, of the keel frame; the pneumatic plates are mounted at the bottoms of the connecting frames in a one-to-one correspondence manner; the multiple pneumatic plates can rotate in the horizontal direction and/or the vertical direction along the bottoms of the corresponding connecting frames. And the driving assembly is arranged in the keel frame, and the driving assembly is used for driving the multiple connecting frames to move on the keel frame and limiting the multiple pneumatic plates to rotate. The device has the advantages that the pneumatic plate on the pneumatic curtain wall can be conveniently collected, and sound generated by the pneumatic plate at night or under various conditions is reduced.
