The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to a support-free system of a box-type foundation hoisting hole and a filling method of the hoisting hole. The support-free system comprises a plurality of first support-free assemblies, a plurality of second support-free assemblies and a plurality of third support-free assemblies, wherein each of the first support-free assemblies, the second support-free assemblies and the third support-free assemblies comprises a plurality of support-free single bodies which are connected in sequence, each support-free single body comprises H-shaped steel and a planar steel plate, and the planar steel plates are arranged at lower flanges of the H-shaped steel. The support-free system for the box-type foundation hoistinghole, which is low in steel consumption and stable in structure, as well as the filling method of the hoisting hole are provided.
