Through reasonable proportioning, addition of additives and synergistic effects of various materials, resource utilization of limestonetailings, quartz sand beneficiation sludge, water plant sludge and titanium-containing blast furnace slag is achieved, traditional cement production processes and equipment are used continuously, industrial and engineering waste is ingeniously consumed, and good economic benefits and environmental protection benefits are achieved.
